1. Order Processing
All “Ready to Ship” orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48–96 hours after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed during business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional campaigns, or due to unforeseen operational circumstances.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are generally:

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated.
Atlas Chrono is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
7. Packaging
All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Each watch is shipped in its original presentation box with additional protective packaging for transport security.
8. Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped separately depending on stock availability and fulfillment location.
If this occurs, separate tracking numbers may be provided for each shipment.
9. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Atlas Chrono shall not be held responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
10. Delivery Attempts
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may:

11. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@atlaschrono.shop.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.
12. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch.
For this reason, order cancellations or modifications can only be requested before the order has been shipped.
