REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Atlas Chrono, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and complying with applicable European consumer protection laws.
1. Right of Withdrawal (European Union Customers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at support@atlaschrono.shop before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The original packaging, protective materials, manuals, tags, and accessories must be included.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, or misuse may not be accepted.
For hygiene and security reasons, customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account after processing.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Atlas Chrono is not responsible for returns lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@atlaschrono.shop and include clear photographs of the issue.
We will evaluate the case and provide an appropriate solution, including replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.
